For 7 years, I led digital innovation inside a global manufacturing company and I learned the hard way what it means to push for transformation inside a system that fights back.

I built innovation centers in Germany and Spain. I coached teams through resistance. I navigated restructures, politics, and the exhaustion of being the person who sees what needs to change but can't make it move fast enough. I felt alone.

At some point, I started to question my impact and whether all the innovation around me was creating real change. That question became the starting point for my MBA, where I explored how Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Psychology and Sustainability can shape environments that truly empower people to drive transformation.​

And then I learned: Clarity doesn't come from doing more. It comes from aligning with who you truly are and creating the spaces where transformation can actually happen.
