I share what feels authentic and meaningful, and that’s enough. My goal is to inspire at least one person to chase their dreams, and that’s what visibility means to me now.

In the past, I let people figure things out on their own, but this year I’ve embraced speaking up sooner—especially when something impacts me. In professional settings, I’ve learned to address issues quickly by focusing on shared goals, which is a skill I’m now translating into my personal life. It feels empowering to own my voice, even when it’s not what others want to hear.

Q: Why is rest so important?

I learned this the hard way. Between work, studies, and building my business, I drained my energy completely over the summer. Even my dog, Rose, showed signs of overstimulation. After moving and attending a mindful retreat, I started prioritizing rest as a non-negotiable. Rest isn’t just about recovery—it’s about creating space for clarity and creativity.
