✨ Unleashing yourself is the key to unleashing innovation. ✨

One thing I’ve learned as an innovation leader:
We do our best work when we feel safe enough to bring our whole selves into the room.
For me, that clicked during deep dives with my team — when we explored future trends, mapped wild ideas on the whiteboard, and connected dots nobody else had noticed.
💡 I didn’t need to be “right.”
💡 I needed to feel safe enough to be vulnerable, to throw out crazy ideas, and see what we could build together.
That kind of flow only happens when you know yourself:
your strengths,
your blind spots,
what you need to be fully you,
& when you’re in an environment that supports it.
Now, as I work on my MBA thesis on what cultural, structural, and leadership conditions enable intrapreneurs to truly thrive beyond innovation theater, I’m reflecting so much on those moments:
✅ Intuitively knowing my team,
✅ Creating spaces where they could bring their talents,
✅ And watching innovation emerge from that trust.
It’s also why my posting rhythm isn’t always weekly right now: between my thesis, a move, and my own inner work, I’m deep in research, conversations, and reflection.
👉 If you’re an intrapreneur or innovation leader and want to share your experiences — let’s talk.
I’m gathering insights not just for my thesis, but to help others (like the “past me”) navigate the corporate jungle without struggling alone — and focus on what really matters: the impact of innovation.
💬 What makes you feel safe enough to unleash your ideas?
I’d love to hear. 💛
